I'm already got my rewards card and scanned it and said decline. I was trying to get 3 cents off a gallon and didn't get it. The cashier there didn't help. I was so disappointed not getting 3 cents off. It happened a few times in the past before.

Everything you could expect from a Shell Gas Station. Good snack and drink options and they had plenty of pumps available. Pump was quick and we were in and out quickly.

Gas was priced about as expected. No problem at the pump. Ran into store and grabbed ice, clerk was friendly and helpful. Store was clean.

Very rude workers ! Went in at 10pm on May 13th 2023 very rude lady snatched my money our of my hand and proceeded to slam it on the counter counting it bc all I had was some 1s to pay with then she slammed the change into my hand very very rude and this is the first and last time I will ever be here! She needs to be fired!!!!!!!

Very rude attendant. Went inside while pumping gas around 5pm on 7/29/22. Wanted to get my lottery tickets cashed and he immediately sorted through the whole stack and signed, complained that none had the bar code etched off for him to scan. Had I realized that, I would have. However, he proceeds to complain and make remarks about how inconvenient it is. He said specifically “I don’t get paid enough to do this”. I then offered to help and he responded “yea you can” with more attitude and hands me some. I took my tickets back and walked out. I had planned to buy snacks after. Not the point but did take business away. I would not have minded a polite “please scratch these off so I may wait on others and then I can cash these”. Very appalled by the treatment.

I have done business at this station for years and have always had good service until today, June 19, 2022. When a beginning clerk tried to complete my lottery purchase and had problems, I asked if there was any other worker who could help her. An older clerk came forward and said she "didn't like my attitude and to buy my lottery elsewhere". I tried to explain and could not believe this person's arrogant and completely unprovoked behavior. Never have I encountered anything but personable, kind workers at this business. The rudeness and disrespect of this individual has no place at a business with normally kind, helpful service.

my wife and i came through the drive thru just this week, and the girl who took our order went to get what we wanted. As she dose my wife pulls forward and opens the back door of the minivan so the girl dosent have to lift beer up into the front window she can just set it in the back. this girl says very rudely. " I suppose u want this back here." slams the beer down on the seat, the on the way back inside slams the door to let us know what she thought. Very rude!
