I recently visited your establishment for a tire change, and I must express my disappointment with the outcome. Prior to the visit, my wheels were in impeccable condition, but unfortunately, they left your facility with noticeable scuff marks on one wheel and gouges on two others, specifically inside the lip where they meet the tire. It's important to note that these wheels still had their original factory tires and had only accumulated 23,000 miles.
Seeking a resolution, I spoke with the manager about the damages, only to be disheartened by his response. Despite my genuine concern and the evidence of the issues, he outright refused to address or repair the damage, stating, "I can look at them, but I probably won't do anything about it."
This experience was particularly disheartening considering I was recommended to your establishment by a trusted car club friend and member. While I understand that accidents can happen, I firmly believe that reputable businesses stand behind their work and take responsibility for any unintended mishaps.
I sincerely hope that this review prompts a reconsideration of your customer service approach. A positive resolution to this matter would not only restore my confidence in your establishment but also contribute to the overall reputation of your business. I believe in the value of fair and considerate business practices, and I trust that your team can address and rectify this situation appropriately

This place is a total ripoff. They are about 10% more expensive than Sam's or Costco, they charge to use a credit card, and they messed up my alignment. I will never step foot again, I suggest you do the same
