Called... lady was not helpful at all told her I had purchased a mower that had been sitting 12 years and she laughed and said they wouldn't even look at it. And they are 3 weeks out on their stuff...just wanted to see if they could look it over and get it running and and I'll never call these people for nothing.. they lost me as a future customer...

I bought a snapper zero turn from Jim about a year ago. Was frustrated about a few small things wrong on the mower as it was brand new. Totally put that on snapper and life happens.As far as Jim and his entire team, they were awesome! He's a good person with lots of knowledge.

This is THE MAN when it comes to forced air "Knimpco" style heaters. If he cant fix it you need a new one. Great guy too, will stop what hes doing to give you a hand and that's not very common anymore.
