1st visit today at wapak location. A prior location did a poor job on my last cut. There were two extremely nice and professional ladies who helped correct the cut. Very pleased and will be using this location next time!

I received a god haircut, but the stylist was not the friendliest. I tried to start a converstion with her but she didn't seem to want to talk or interact with me much. It was busy so that may have been a factor.

It is easy to check in online, and the ladies always greet you when you walk in the door. This salon is always a clean, friendly environment. I always come out with the cut I wanted. I take my boys too, and they also enjoy getting their haircut here.

Nope NEVER again!!! Had to go back to try and have them fix the bad haircut I got. Michelle tried her best but was told I have to wait 6-10 weeks to start getting growth back. I was told I get a free haircut next time but no thanks I'll pass.Service: Haircut

I really like the wapak location, but today was top notch. I took a photo with me that was 20+ years old and asked the ladies if there was anyway they could take the style I already had and make it look like the photo. I was a little concerned as I was getting the cut for a viewing/funeral tomorrow. Let me tell you.....those girls have my heart! They not only did exactly what I needed but they went the extra mile with me. Whitley, girl I hope you see this❤️, and I hope your they for every hair cut I ever have because your amazing! I hate my haircut. I had sideburns and I went to go to tell the girl to keep them but she already shaved them off, I look so ugly without them. Well there's no going back i guess
