“I took my car in Monday for an oil change and asked them to check out the front right tire because it was very very slowly leaking over time. It took Ken a while to find it but he found a very tiny leak between the tire and rim. I scheduled Wednesday for a tire repair and Ken was again available to repair the leak. The process was smooth and seamless and he was very friendly during both appointments we had. We will definitely continue to bring our car for repairs/maintenance to NTB.”

“Very fast and professional! I dropped in with my own tires from Tire Rack and they had them installed in 30 min. Perfectly balanced and inflated to the correct PSI for my Ford Transit Van, which they also taught me how to do correctly: I had thought 35-40 psi for all tires, they pointed out that these vans need higher in rear to carry heavier loads and Ford recommendation for front was also higher, like 45 front 70 rear. Thanks for straightening me out guys! Will be back next time I am due for a tire change.”

“I called for a quote to have four new tires (that I already owned) mounted. The price was extremely reasonable. I drove straight there, and less than two minutes after arriving they were already starting to work on my car. I was in and out in less than an hour. There appeared to only be one person working on a Saturday afternoon, so I’d probably call first before just showing up. Excellent service - would recommend them to anyone.”
