“Andrew Charielle went above and beyond bringing the new 2019
MDX to me because of my busy work schedule. He even made a custom video of the vehicle with my favorite song which I loved! Motorcars and Andrew are world class customer service! I will be getting all

Update 10/1/24: Andrew has now helped me buyout and own my MDX through acuras certified process ! Stephanie helped with the the long term acura care warranty and that gives me the piece of mind I need to enjoy this ride for a very long time!

“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“They have new management fairly recently which really helped the communication and face to face experience. However, I go there to get quality service at a reasonable price. I GET JUST THAT! I think they must pay and treat their auto technicians fairly because they retain them. I could NOT be more pleased with the total experience. They don't try to oversell or push for things not essential. Keep up the good work! And, the REAL small business quality will beat the large auto dealerships hands down. I typically drive my cars up to 300,000 miles, and he will tell me what needs to be done versus the nuisance issues. He's very reasonable with his pricing and options for resolving any issues. “Just had my third body work done since 2013. In all three times they have been consistently excellent. What I appreciated most as an out of pocket self pay customer is that in each time they were able to save me unnecessary extra cost by fixing minor things without compromising quality where others said they need to replace these expensive parts. Today I noticed front bumper sensor was beeping more often than previously before repair and was somewhat wobbly in its socket. I stopped at the store half hour before they closed. Frank was the only one left getting ready to leave. I offered to come later but he insisted on taking care of it right then. It took him twenty minutes and a big abrasion on his forearm and it was all perfectly fixed. This is the old fashioned way of doing business. Skilled, honest, advocate on your behalf and take care of the job all the way.
