This place is clean & as far as I can tell, very well managed. Even the older manufactured homes are well kept. Looking forward to moving there & hopefully becoming part of this community. Judging from the reviews I've read, (90% are positive) Walnut Hills looks like the perfect place to spend my golden years.

Wow! I was very impressed with how neat and clean everything looked. It has been many years since I had gone through it and was delighted to see how it has improved! It now has a large beautiful pond at the back of the community. I'm looking to move in and my husband and I will be getting a tour soon. I'm very excited!

Run dont walk...Do not consider living here. The staff are disrespectful and they have terrible attitudes. I have never seen a place so hateful as they are. They lie and will steal your money.

Some real pretty homes..too close together..roads kinda icy. Skirting mostly stark white..not so good. Need to see it in warm weather

I love the place very well kept But we have a neighbor that has no consideration for anyone we can’t sit outside or inside peaceful he has been turned in for his loud music and still here we are sitting here inside Banging music ?? very sad we can’t enjoy the very nice park
