Management is very unprofessional and dose not know how to run rentals. Entered my apartment without proper notice and is breaking my lease illegally without proper notice.

The last owners weren't great and these ones are absolutely horrible. Rent has jumped $200 in the 2 years they've owned it. There is only cosmetic upkeep, and even that is barely done.

The washing machine in our building has been broken for close to two months straight now. I call the company that they rent the machines from because that it was in instructed to do, i call the office and tell them nothing is being fixed and that this continues to be a problem. Water is molding and leaking from the machine. Do not rent here if you can avoid it, very careless management. They do not maintain these apartments in anyway during the winter time! They never clear the parking lot so renters are forced to do it all. There are signs falling over and apart outside, they come in and start to paint and finish halfway but leave their tools lying around. This is a very unprofessional and poorly taken care of complex. It is quite literally impossible to get in contact with a person, you have to leave voicemails and when you do you get the run around about how they can’t do anything and are managing other buildings, but want to raise the rent ????? TERRIBLE. Do not rent here!!!

This place is the equivalent to a run down apartment complex in east Toledo, quite possibly worse.I’ve lived here for quite some time, always out of convenience for how close it was to my family and it was where I grew up but it has gone down hill fast. Half fished work all around the complex, random signs here and there in the parking lot laying all about? Hardly any room for parking in the first place. It almost looks like they have r removed all of the handicapped spaces…. There has been a hike in price for the lease yet no change in quality, in fact I would say it’s only gotten worse and more expensive for how truly sad looking and neglected these apartments are My children come visit me and are concerned Never thought I’d consider moving out but it seems it’s time to go….. cant and won’t sign any other lease here. Disappointed

Not ran well. Can’t reach anybody, says it’s open 9-5 online but nobody ever there Apparently they are also running another complex so no office manager around to assist ours.

Raised my rent with new management even though the management skills seem to be just as bad as they ever were, no improvements to our building, never answering the phones, the washing machine in our complex has been broken for a week now. The place looks like it was built in the 30s…. Won’t be singing another lease after this year that’s for sure.

Stay away! Do not rent here! The management is beyond awful, they had maintenance enter our apartment while we were away without any notice!!! They claimed they could enter without permission because of a work order that was placed and expired 6 months prior. We were never told and we never gave permission to enter without us being there. It was a “non-emergency” issue. Completely unprofessional. We called the police because we were shocked to see someone entering our living room on our security cameras. On top of that they tried to raise our rent and break our lease before it was up. None of their provided phone numbers work, their voicemail does not work, and the number that does usually work they barely answer. Their supervisor will not contact us nor will the management company. They do not maintain the area during winter, do not cut the grass for weeks, the outdoor lights are constantly falling apart and are still claiming we owe them money for rent they raised during an existing lease agreement with the previous owners. When the management changed over we were so happy but this has been a nightmare and we are running for the hills, I advise the same for anyone looking to rent here.

Nice apartments. Kinda pricey. Smoke from neighboring apartments will get into yours, and management will do nothing to help you with it

Nice and quiet place for the price. Didn't have too many problems for repairs but when I did maintenance was great, fast and friendly. Front desk lady is rude, doesn't like answering when you call, when you finally do get through she hangs up on you and gives you the wrong number if you need to contact management.
