“The apartments them selves are nice, and well priced. The neighbors on the other hand are sketchy. Some of the people are nice and trustworthy. Great place to live, just don't trust the people in your building to be fine upstanding citizens. Watch your vehicle for damage, watch your mail because it walks its self into the neighbors apartment and watch your step because no one cleans up after their pets. :)”

The apartment has served every need of daily life in a comfortable way and is situated in nice setting with a creek running through the property. If something is not working, the staff has shown knowledge and care to fix it. This is a well-priced option for students at UT looking to get off campus.”

“My family and I lived at Owens Lake Commons for 3 years. We absolutely loved it. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The kids still talk about the pool and clubhouse. The property is very well maintained and the units are spacious. If we ever move back to the area, Owens Lake will definitely be at the top of our list.”
