No star period. Third time ordering online and they still fucked it up. Missing products that we were charged for and found said items they said wasn't in stock in their store when I went to pick up my items. You guys suck or your employees do. Get it right.

They messed up my order again. Did online for pickup and said certain items whas not there and found them in the store after. Then charged me for items they said were not in stock. I'll never do it again.

I've been shopping at this Walmart for five years now and it is still my primary grocery and goods store. There is no customer service to speak of, but we've come to expect that in retail these days. The store is usually clean and well stocked. But there are days and weeks when they may not have any pasta or french fries or chicken. It's just odd. When I can't obtain the items I need from Walmart, I go to Aldi or the Medina Walmart.They have a lot of self checkout registers, but they also still have a few cashiers ringing. When grocery shopping, I prefer to wait for a cashier. But when I see people with two items in their hands with no shopping cart get in the cashier line, it kind of irks me. I assume they're doing it to show their support for keeping cashiers.This store is about as good as it gets for Walmart.

Staff is super friendly. Pickup system is horrible though. I waited 2 hours to pick up one order. They should follow buehlers pick up system and it would be a breeze for both the customers and employees!

This used to be a great store but over the last year it's completely gone downhill. If you are trying to use curbside pickup you may as well forget it. If they do eventually get your order out to you, you're missing more items than you receive. I've had to wait for an hour plus on 3 different occasions and it's definitely not getting any better. This is a management issue that needs to be addressed. There is clearly not enough people to make curbside usable. Horrible planning on this store's part especially when there is such a need. I hope this store can get it turned around.

Every single time it takes at least 30 minutes for them to bring out my order AFTER they’ve taken my name. even if it says my order is ready. Ridiculous!

had to wait over 45 minutes for my order after taking my name & my spot number . very very unsatisfied . people would show up after me & get their items first . obviously nobody really knows how to do their job

Literally has canceled my last 3 orders in a row. Very annoying. They need to update what is in stock at the time a customer is purchasing an item for pick up to avoid this. Very unsatisfied.
