First time to visit here with our Blue Heeler. We were very impressed with the thorough examination that was done. Staff and Dr took time to explain everything to us and answer all questions. Great place.

He charges the max to do the absolute MINIMUM. Follow up instructions are non existent so don’t come here unless you have a great memory. You have to know the exact questions to ask to get any information. And make sure you ask the vet all your questions before he runs out and not the staff or they’ll give you bad information. Office is extremely small and smells. If your looking for a vet who has your animals best interests in mind, keep looking.

I never get a straight answer in cost. This evening I called my veterinarian office and inquired about my 7 lb Yorkie mix having a loose tooth. I was quoted by whomever answered the phone between $700 and $900. She said for a dental cleaning. I said to her that is not what I asked about. I said I have one tooth that is loose how much would that cost again she said between $700 and $900. I brought it to her attention that you just told me for a complete dental cleaning and whatever is included it would be $700 to $900; however, you just told me to have one tooth extracted would be $700 to $900. This veterinarian is extremely pricey. It seems that most veterinarians give only basic services. And boy do they plug vaccines vaccinations. I hate to say it but after a year and a half I'm going to be looking elsewhere I just never get a straight answer. A good example is this: this was a very basic question in the spring of 2023 - - do you have tick and flea medication and I mentioned a specific brand I was told yes we do carry that. I went specifically to get flea and tick medication and when I arrived I was told they were out of the very specific medication I inquired about earlier. So, I left, not happy but thought well I'll give them another try. Just not good communication with clients. And today is another example. I was told that across the board it would cost $500 to put an animal under anesthetic. Well I know from years and years of owning animals that it has a lot to do with weight, the condition of the animal, what is it actually going under for. But I find that this office will just spill out any information it's just beyond me. I just want to have a veterinarian office to be knowledgeable and upfront. Unfortunately I will look for other veterinarians I just will not go through this again.

We dropped our cat, Earnest, off to be neutered and the place was clean and the staff was nice. The procedure went smoothly and pick-up was easy. He was playing as if nothing happened an hour later. Thanks for the great service!

Mochi adores everyone who works here. We've been going to this clinic since 2019 and refuse to go elsewhere even though it's a 40 minute drive from our house. This place is simply the best! I take my cats and dogs here.

The staff here is always very accommodating, inviting, and friendly, and my animals have always gotten top notch care. I've been a customer with multiple pets at Wadsworth Veterinary Hospital for almost 20 years now, and although some of the veterinarians themselves have changed over the years, the care and attention my animals have received has not. Absolutely great people, and I couldn't recommend them more
