The teddy bear that picked me and my wife up was great!!!! Kind!!!! Caring!!!! Helping!!!!! Went outta his way with a broken ac, two helps us we wrecked near them they came within seconds of the call, helped us load 6/ large bags outta our car and into his tow truck he also took us to a hotel dropped us off !!! Helped us get out belongs back out and so on!!! Was very helpful! We thank you so much!!! People in that area get together help them get a AC for these gentlemen!!! May be one reason someone would be grumpy!!! Thank you again for the kindness!!!!! N not just leaving us 2 standing! Very much! Lizard Cinnamon

Owner “Edgar” was very rude to my grandma and denied service. Highly unprofessional and based off reviews this is not uncommon for Wadsworth Towing. Would not recommend.
Response to Owners comment : Months past our problem has been resolved elsewhere and nobody else had an issue receiving our information. Hm wonder why.. I caught you first thing in the morning you were such a grouch and simply wouldn’t take the time to listen. Borderline seemed as if you were drinking or on drugs. I gave all the necessary information and when I told you my grandmas car is an Avalon Limited you then you tried to take an insecure personal jab at me then denied her tow. Now I would say good day but for you I don’t mean that. Bye now and have fun towing cars seems like it makes you really happy.

I recently had to have my F150 towed home from Wadsworth to Marshallville and Edgar was the man that did the towing for me, he was exceptionally nice and very friendly, I highly recommend using him and his towing services, I will definitely be using them for any future needs.

Great service and very knowledgeable drivers. Our car was stuck in a culvert really bad and the driver was able safely pull it out with no damage to the car at all not to mention he happened to just be driving by after we had been waiting for AAA for over 2 hours to send someone which they never did. Wadsworth Towing will always be the 1st call from now on!

My son and I had been driving for over 10 hours and were exhausted. We were excited because were driving from Louisville, KY, and coming to see my Dad.Driving on 21 we heard a loud pop and discovered the back tire blew out. After looking up a towing company, we came across Wadworth Towing.After a quick phone call, we had a driver on the way!Our driver was so polite and courteous. We got out and he asked us to get in the tow truck for our safety. He hooked up the car and we were on our way!I felt completely safe and comfortable. He suggested where we should take the car for repairs. We drove the speed limit and talked about current events.I highly recommend Wadsworth Towing. Very professional, timely and courteous!!!!

i got stranded on the side of the highway two nights ago with a blown out tire, and called wadsworth towing. i believe the gentleman i dealt with was named edgar. he was extremely pleasant and kind; i was from out of town and he recommended me a repair shop, and made sure to flash his lights at us to let us know he saw us when he was coming from the opposite side of the highway.i saw the review about a driver speeding, and i did not experience that at all. edgar was a very responsible driver and a very kind soul, and not only towed us to safety, but helped brighten the mood after a really long night. i almost never write reviews, but this business deserved a good one.thanks for everything, edgar!Service: Car towing
