My Android S22+ was lost due to a traffic accident. Courtney was knowledgeable and suspended the line foe me. I deliberately went back to that location because of her and Paige. They explained everything in layman's terms and got me on my way. Highly recommend!

This location needs to be staffed better. Often there is only one employee working. I had to wait over an hour just to be helped by someone. I was there for about 90 minutes total for one transaction. The other Wadsworth location is run far better. I suggest going there instead. They need to take appointments like the Fairlawn store if it takes that long to help people. You have lost my business due to this inefficient staffing.
