I used vans for new tires and a few other minor repairs on my car they did a good job and earned my trust so when I found out my mother had been dumping money into her car and getting no where I called and explained what she had been going through they diagnose the problem explain the steps they were going to take to correct it they kept me informed throughout the entire process when it came time for the bill the cost was exactly what was quoted
Thanks vans for keeping my mother from being stranded on the side of the road

I visited the shop to confirm a free oil change offer I received in the mail. Adam kindly scheduled my appointment for the following week (gratefully no catch). When I returned for the appointment, I checked in with a lady and the service began. After the work was done, Adam (who was now helping me because the lady was helping someone else) asked for the mailer, but I didn’t realize I needed to bring it. The lady said something, but I didn't know she was talking to me at first because she was looking at her screen and actively helping someone else. She said she had asked me for it earlier, but I didn’t recall that conversation, and I offered to go get it at home. Regardless, it would have been helpful if the mailer was required upfront before starting the service. I appreciate the mail offer and want to thank Adam for his excellent service and for making things right. Please request the mailer at check-in to avoid any confusion.

Couldn't be more pleased with my encounter with Van's in Wadsworth. I got a flat tire on one of my trailers. Came home after swapping on the spare and gave Van's a call to see if they could order me a matching tire. Chuck was able to order me the tire I needed and I dropped the rim off in the morning. Peggy was great to deal with at the shop and they had my tire mounted and ready for me to pick back up in no time at all. I'll definitely be returning if I need anything I'm the future.

This place is amazing. They sent out a free oil change in the mail. So I thought I would try them out. This place is amazing all around. One of the best, and I used to work, and my dad co owned a business like this. They don't try to upsell you on what you don't need, only what you actually need. There trust worthy, very detailed on the condition of your report. I love it all. I approve, and anyone looking should give them a try.
