The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and all my questions were answered.
I needed 4 11x17 cardstock pages laminated for an event, and they were done very fast and look great.
I have used my local UPS store for years to fill my small business and personal shipping and printing needs with no issues ever

UPS is the worst. FedEx is so simple in a basic email having packages just dropped off. UPS seems like the carrier always wanting a signature. Ebay, USPS, FedEx, Amazon all are always convenient. I'm wasting a day off because wasting an hour trying to figure out their website, to simply change delivery to no signature. I gave up with that website.

Everyone at the Wadsworth UPS store is extremely knowledgeable. If an employee may not know the answer to a question or issue, they find out quickly. Big, big thank you to Colin at Wadsworth. I didn’t have a clue how to handle returning items ordered through Amazon through a third party seller. He handled it beautifully and professionally and explained the processes. Also, I mentioned another issue, really unrelated to the store’s responsibility, and he navigated me through it and handled it as a representative for me with customer service. I am beyond grateful and impressed with Colin. I will patronize the Wadsworth UPS store for all of my family’s shipping and business needs. Again, thank you Colin!

I’ve not left review for places but this time I feel like I have to. Jenna is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond trying to help finding my missing receipt to proof a return I did. She could just said there’s nothing else she could do after first try but she keeps trying. I really appreciate her genuine effort and time.
