I am very frustrated with this post office. I had an order from Amazon sent to my new address, but the mailman decided on his own to forwarded, because he noticed I moved apartments even though I did not put a forward on my old address. I talked with the supervisor who was helpful with information but now it has been two weeks since I ordered. I called back and a very rude woman answered and gave me attitude, be ware. I might just cancel the order.

i wanted to speak to a Supervisor but i don't know who i was talking to but he had no clue how to answer my question. i will go back again and see if i can get someone with some knowledge.

Constantly my mail gets delivered to the wrong address on Ballash Rd as well as my packages... I mean once or twice is acceptable but I'm talking about once or twice every few weeks sometimes worse!!!!

I have reported that I have been getting someone else's mail at least 5 times and some how it still keeps happening. I've spoken with the distribution manager and had my name and my boyfriends name be the only names associated with my address. So, tell me how it is that when I PUT MY MAIL ON HOLD I STILL GOT SOMEONE ELSE'S MAIL! Absolutely ridiculous. Apparently I have to come in to make my point since the 5 times via phone haven't sunk in yet. Better be prepared for me in the morning because I'm pissed.

Building is swelteringly hot. Sweating just being inside for a few minutes. Not sure what kind of person would put their employees through the heat in there, but it was very uncomfortable as a customer.

Always late with my packages. At one point refused to give me my package even though I called support multiple and the manager never called me back despite calling 3 times and being told they would call me to sort it out. They need to hire people who aren't lazy.

Was not told package delivery would require a signature, however when I went to the post office at the end of the day after scheduling a customer pickup for the following day, the manager was nothing but kind when trying to find my package even though I wasn't supposed to be picking it up until the next day, and they were able to get it to me before they closed. Only negatives are the aforementioned lack of communication and having only one person staffing the front counter at one of the busiest times of the day.
