Got a final notice to get my letter delivered to me, except I was home the whole time and the mail delivery person never even rang my doorbell for me to come get it.

i wanted to speak to a Supervisor but i don't know who i was talking to but he had no clue how to answer my question. i will go back again and see if i can get someone with some knowledge.
