The doctor placed me in the lab nobody came to draw my blood guess my blood work wasn't that important. Flatout neglected they're going to charge my insurance and there's no repercussion for them. It's just sad I beg you not to bring anybody you care about here. They won't care about you. I was told when I was passed by several people that they were going to come they never came I am not sitting there for another hour waiting

Their office me 1 hour before to cancel appointment that I scheduled 3 weeks ago. They decide to inform me then that they didn't take my insurance. I picked this medical facility because of the location and the fact that the website said they do take my insurance. University hospital takes my insurance but their office doesn't is what she informed me.I guess I'll send them a bill for not canceling my appointment 24 hours in advance!

A new computer system is no excuse for poor communication & deception with patients. 2 hours for what should have been under a 30 minute lab/nurse visit, without communicating regarding a significant delay is severely unprofessional. I missed a work shift, paying rent & more because of their delay. Simply mentioning the issue would have enabled us to have made an educated decision.

The staff at Sharon Family Physicians and my pr3mary care provider, Dr. Mesko, are wonderful. However, I am giving the health center three stars because their lab sucks. I like that I can get my labs drawn right down the hall from my physician’s ofaice, but both times I’ve gone to their lab for routine blood work, I’ve been kept waiting for over 20 minutes, making me late for work. I went to the lab today and was told there were only two people ahead of me and that it would only be about a 10 minute wait, but I sat there for over 25 minutes before being taken care of and ended up being over 30 minutes late to work. I understand it’s a wn lab, but I also dod’t think it’s right to cause patients to be late for their jobs either. I hope corporate sees this and addresses it. Otherwise, I’ll be having my labs drawn elsewhere.

The staff at University Hospital Sharon Center, Wadsworth, Ohio, are nice, friendly, and make the daily activities smooth for patients to be seen on or very close to scheduling times. It looks, feels, and smells brand new each time you walk through an entrance. Most of all, with COVID around these day, I walk In feeling safe. Thank you UHSC Staff ?

I have used these doctors for over 20 years. They are fabulous!!! Friendly, caring, professional, and extremely helpful. Couldn't recommend them more.

Why have a family Dr., if u can't get in to see them for a month!! Not happy, we are looking for another family Dr.
