I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed, so I went to the office and Tino walked me through a few until I found the size I needed. He was very helpful and the process was so simple! Definitely recommend!

I wouldn't even rate this place at all, except you have to, to comment. I have been here twice both times way before closing. Lights off and nobody working. I called and got an answering service and was told they would reach out to the manager and have him call me back. Well I waited another 45 mins. No call back, no one showed up it's now 530 thanks for proving your not worth doing business with.

Tino was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us get a storage unit. Very professional and polite and very kind to my wife and son. Storage unit areas are very well kept and clean.

We have 2 units inside that are in great condition. When we first arrived, the code we were provided did not work and we were stuck outside the gates for multiple hours trying to figure out who to contact since no one is there on Sundays. It took multiple codes and phone calls before we were finally able to get it.
Additionally, when booking our 2nd unit they were not accommodating to honor the online rate to ensure our units were billed together so now we have to manage two different accounts with different payment cycles.
We’ve been in the unit for 2 months and just received notification that our monthly rate is going up 30% + taxes and fees and the insurance fee they require.
Overall we’ve been less than satisfied with the customer care but do acknowledge the units are in great condition.

Most definitely not happy. I've been there a year now, and they have raised my storage fees 3, maybe 4 times now. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
