“We have a bit of a unique situation with one of our dogs and the grooming salon, especially including Jayden (sorry if I misspell), handled it so well and gave our girl so much love.
Our dog is a puppy mill rescue. She was a breeder for three years and her initial experiences with people weren’t all that positive because of that. The first time we took her to PSP for grooming she had an anxious reaction of some sort, which I happened to witness since I was early to pick her up. To say I was nervous for her next groom is an understatement, but we selected the express service on the suggestion of a manager and my family decided that, since I would be available, we’d request that I stayed with her in case anything happened this time. They graciously gave me a chair and I was so pleased to see how gentle and patient they were with Luna, giving her space to calm down when needed and even avoiding bringing the table up very high, in case that was part of her stress last time. Luna had no problems and both staff members were beyond kind and understanding. We will happily bring her back. Thank you to the groomers that were there for Luna’s groom on 7/30, y'all are amazing and I really appreciate how much you cared for our girl! Dog tax included, she looks amazing.”
“They have a lot of options for chews and treats. Our Aussie loves the antlers for chewing. If you are a wheelchair user the aisles are rather narrow and you have to open the second door upon entry. It is zero entry though.”
“Excellent small town pet store that specializes in fish. They also have small selection of healthy snakes and lizards. I use Fish City regularly for live feeders. I was so happy to find this place for my snakes! Crystal is super friendly, offers great customer service and always has a good supply in stock for my snakes feedings. You can also find a few tanks and different cages available. We adopted an adorable bunny from Fish City Pets as well! Awesome pet store - stop in and support local businesses!”
“Just purchased 3 frags from Tidal Gardens today. They are by far the largest and healthiest frags I have ever received. Super fast and friendly customer service. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for high quality frags. The YouTube channel is also great, gives you a look inside the facility as well as provides a lot of knowledge.”

“Awesome job by the groomer that did my little Doobie!. First ever groom. Smells great not like that wet dog smell he had when he went in. His hair is soft and still fluffy in all the right places as I asked her to do. He's just perfect as you can see the before and after pics. We will be returning to petsmart and this groomer on a regular basis.”

“Went in yesterday to look for a puppy. We found a Boston terrier. The staff was very accommodating and very nice provided very useful information. Plus you get a lot good perks 20% off free first vet visit also, I had to run home to grab my credit card to purchase the puppy. My wife and daughter chose to stay at the store so no one took the puppy. They wanted and it really made me happy that despite the store being super busy, the staff still came up checked on my wife and daughter gave them a private area so they can bond with a puppy. I will definitely go back and recommend to my colleagues. Also, there was a young lady who helped us at the register and she was wonderful. She help us pick out a harness help us get the puppy into it gave some great recommendations plus, I’m pretty sure I saw the owner too. She came up with a big smile on her face and was really helpful.”

“Petco always has everything I need and really they're great but the one con about the store is that most of the workers there don't seem to know much about the animal when I ask but I do think that the animals seem fine and have what they need”
