Terrible. This is the second time I’ve made a deposit and they put my checks/money in someone else’s account. I will be switching to PNC bank next week. Also, the manager was not apologetic at all. She told me it happens. This happened on 7/19/24 at 4:50pm.

Brad Cole took a lot of our money to invest in CD's and now will not return phone calls and is "conveniently" away from his desk when we go there. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. WHERE IS OUR MONEY!?

I am honestly shocked to find out that one of your employees is on probation for criminal damaging and endangerment. I would feel very unsafe working with somebody with that kind of history. I used to bank here frequently, but upon hearing this, because we do live in a small town, I will take my business elsewhere.

The ATM machine is out of order very often.The new renovation that was done inside is horrible. It's uncomfortable for the clients. I don't feel comfortable inside anymore.Also, I think if you want your employees to enjoy their job and like coming to work you should give them a damn chair!

Never will I deal with Huntington Bank ever again. Limitation in locations. I am continuing to receive Fraudulent fees from Huntington months after I closed my accounts. Local branches say they can not help and I have sent hours on hold with 1-800 numbers with no resolution. Have spent weeks trying to close my accounts. Please don’t entrust this bank with your finances.

I just want to take a moment and give Ashley a big shout out!!! I had an impending problem with my account and she took action and took care of it for me! She resolved my issue within minutes! She told me she would get me taken care of and she did just that! Great customer care my girl!! Go see Ashley she'll get you taken care of!!

No matter when you go there is always a line and one teller. Never enough help inside or at drive up. And manager just sits in her office and never comes out to even greet customers like at other Huntington banks.

Nobody at the drive-through. Five people in the bank. And one person taking care of the customers at the counter. And customers out the door. Typical for Huntington. I’m a commercial contractor at all Mike bank count with you guys. Typical for all your locations. And are we not to have too many people inside so why would she try to get them out quickly. No common sense don’t care about the customer. Rather let you wait.

Service is terrible. Not just the branch the whole bank. I've had multiple instances where I'm missing money or my information is stolen even though I stopped using my debit card, I just have the checking account for checks.
