This was my first time using their pharmacy. Very nice staff and they were able to fill my prescription while the Wadsworth store is always out of it. They were fast and efficient. Will definitely use again. And they take Good Rx! Very pleased.

I wasnt aloud to buy anything from the store because i didnt have an "Advantage Card". What kind of a grocery store is this?! Would not recommend when you need to actually feed yourself. Wasted 45 minutes for nothing.

This is a great store. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and last longer when you get them home. Also has great buy one get one free. Their meats are also excellent. I can buy everything here and not have to ho store to store!

I only gave 3 stars because when I was in the baby section with my baby alls you can smell is soap I'd there a reason why the soap is next to the baby supplies I mean adults can barely breath in that section. What the hell are you thinking connecting soap and baby food ? Someone is not using there dayum brains

It’s a nice store. I’ve shopped at the one in New Castle Pennsylvania. Many times I went into the one in Wadsworth for something specific I was told by a manufacturer of Vista oyster crackers that they were sold at giant eagle so I went there they weren’t there and I even asked a store employee the layout on this one really confused me a lot

By far my favorite grocery store! Never have an issue if I order or pick up. Nice and clean and above all, most the same employees are there as I recall years ago when tarting to shop at the old Wadsworth one. Really enjoy going there for my shopping

I really only come here for the pharmacy. I do wish the old doors that use to be the pharmacy entrance were still in use to the public. I hate having to walk through the main doors just to walk across the store to get to the pharmacy. Not the biggest deal ever but I do miss those doors.

Great place. The employees are friendly and always willing to help you if needed and their produce section is the best for fresh fruits and veggies. They have a variety of different goods and they have sales on produce often so if you are looking for affordable yet quality produce I definitely recommend shopping here.

So disappointed. Bacon was not ringing up $3.99 sale and one of the lunchmeats didn’t ring up $7.99 sale with my advantage card. The one lady Wanne wasn’t willing to help me like at all, came back and told me in a snotty voice that it’s not on sale. Told her to vold it out. So upset with this experience. Yes I’ll come back and try again when it’s time

Some areas great, others not so much. Very low on vitamins. I like Giant Eagle for the most part..this is a very large store.

We did a curbside pick-up. It went smoothly as always. They have a good system going on. Even when you pull up and there are already a couple of cars ahead of you, the wait is not very long.

Everything is so clean! So much better than Barberton Giant Eagle! I go to the Barberton one because it’s 3 minutes away. But I will go the extra “mile” and just go the the Wadsworth Giant Eagle!!! Much more selection and just so clean!!!

I made an honest mistake today and forgot to pay for groceries. Which has never ever happened before. It took ten steps away from the self checkout and then was screamed at by a clerk loud enough so the entire front half of the store could hear. I was humiliated for making an honest mistake that I immediately went back to pay and apologize for my error profusely. The security guard also told me “you almost earned yourself a pair of silver bracelets”. That’s a highly inappropriate comment considering the situation. Plus the fact that I say hello and wish him a nice day all the time. In the future it would be appreciated if someone would tap on my shoulder or in a reasonable tone say “sir I think you made a mistake…”. Again its my error that caused this, but it was not handled correctly at all and left me feeling like a criminal rather than a loyal paying customer that made a mistake. That said after being completely embarrassed by the staff and security during the situation I will never be returning! You have lost my business!!!

The two greeters are so nice and put a smile on my face every time. I'm a convert and only use the Scan and Go now when shopping. It's the only way to shop at GE.
