Always have a good experience here. With having my mom and my mother in law getting prescriptions here plus my husband and I they always check to see if anyone else has anything ready. Which makes my life a little easier. I am so grateful. Thank you all!

I have always received good customer service at this pharmacy, but what follows is a description of my most recent visit.
I called the pharmacy to make sure they had received the new prescription from my vet. The tech on the phone said had received it and should be able to fill it the same day. I said that's great because my dog was completely out of his meds, and the tech said I would receive a text when the script was ready. Within 5 minutes, I received a text that the script was ready, and my dog and I went to the drive-thru to pick it up. We did have to wait in line, but the wait wasn't bad. Dorthea waited on me. She was very friendly and even talked to my dog and gave him a treat!

I advise against. They are not consistent with costs and using your insurance! Rude! No hello or goodbye, just basically, "what do you want?", and when you try to ask a question or talk, I feel like Im super rushed, usually get no real answers, then rushed to get off phone and finally...Hung up on. So...NO.

Always suuuuuper helpful and informative. I go there for all my prescriptions. I used to go to CVS and then when I switched to giant eagle it was pure bliss. 10/10.

2nd time I went through drive thru the inturn didnt give me all of my scripts. They were there he just neglected to put the in the bag . Now I have to drive from Seville to wadsworth giant eagle to pick them up AGAIN! And all I get is a coupon for $5. It costs more than that in gas.

Went there to shop on a Saturday morning around 7:30AM. After I was ready to checkout with a loaded cart I noticed there were no cashiers working...not one. Who has a huge grocery store without any cashiers. Apparently Giant Eagle in Wadsworth. Pretty pathetic in my opinion. Also they are constantly removing name brand products and replacing them with there own low end, junk products that never match up in quality. Done with that store.

I go to this store often, only because of my close proximity to it. I had hopes when they did their remodel, but they managed to make things worse instead of better. Starting with their parking lot, the lines for the parking spaces are so faded that you can't tell where to park. They seldom have any small shopping carts. They've cut way down on organic products, both in produce and otherwise. They've made the majority of the checkout area self-service. And finally, every time you go there, you have to run the gauntlet to get around the insincere blathering of the old guy who is supposed to be wiping down the carts. Does that guy ever shut up?All in all, shopping at this store is more of a necessary evil at the times when I can't get out of Wadsworth.

I had the best interaction today with Dawn over my husbands medications. She understood our concerns and went above and beyond to help us! Although I do agree with the other comments on not having the drive-up open and always being understaffed.

Unfortunately I've experienced nothing but carelessness and rudeness at this pharmacy. They seem to get my prescription instructions and dosage wrong every time I go to pick it up. It's always different. Then when I try to explain to them politely that its wrong they become irritated annoyed and do not take responsibility for the mistake. I have had to have my Dr. Call almost on almost every refill to clarify the dosage and instructions. Its a bit ridiculous. Also the drive thru is never open and the line inside the store is usually 10 people or more. 1 cashier at the pharmacy is extremely slow and can only get through 1 customer every 30 mins. Its absolutely ridiculous.
