A physically pretty hotel. Nice, spacious suite, booked on points. Which is the only reason I'm not more unhappy.
I did check as to whether the bed was made of just plywood covered with linens. We only were staying because I didn't want to spend another night on an airbed... But the airbed would actually have been an improvement over the rock that was provided. The sofa bed wasn't better, and the sofa itself too uncomfortable to use as a sofa.
And, on a Sunday, don't bother with their "breakfast" if you are keto, Paleo, or gluten-sensitive. The eggs were done up as mush and served up right beside the "sausage gravy", which had no visible sausage, and biscuits. I think the coffee was at least introduced to the beans before being put out, but it was a very passing introduction, and it can be barely tasted even when drinking it black.
Pool looks promising, at least. If anyone got enough rest on these beds to actually be able to swim.

This hotel was our base for a week long car tour. They could not have been more accommodating. What a great group of people. My understanding is that this hotel, the holiday inn next door and the Galaxy in between are all under the same ownership and all worked together to make our stay memorable. Thanks so much
Nearby activities: The Galaxy restaurant next door consists of a number of restaurants including a sports bar with outdoor seating, a more upscale restaurant and an event center that seats over 500. This was a really pleasant experience

I came to stay after a long day on the road. The girl up front was nice but when i came down later to complain the jets in the hot tub wasnt on a guy said they were on thats just how they were. Then later a different family came in to swim and after they complained the jets were turned on in the hot tub! How weren’t they turned on when I complained and the guy out right lied to me about thats just how they are! When someone pays 200$ for a night they expect good service without lies and hassles for the amenities that come with that stay! I wish that was it but when my wife found dried pee stains in the bathroom of our room she went to complain about everything and that guy said there was nothing he can do!That manager needs suspended or fired you all need to do better i will not stay at this hotel again unless someone makes it right nor will I recommend this hotel to someone else’s family!

Unhospitable welcome. The clerk held up our credit card during check-in inspecting it, asking out loud to the AGM if they can use it. $508 paying guests being questioned out loud if our credit card was fraudulent. Really? Very immature customer service skills, including the AGM who should've took charge and finished the registration process. The card was a legitimate business Visa that gave absolutely no appearance of fraud or should've been looked at any differently than any other card. The only thing our group could remotely think of that would make this rude and awkward experience make sense was a late night check-in by two minorities, both of different races. I'm not a minority but I did get the same vibe. I came in last after parking our vehicle and witnessed the clerk dangling our card and questioning the authenticity. We can't confirm our suspicion, but we also can't deny the perception. The next day when I called to voice my concern, the same AGM was less about apologizing and more about excuses. He said "they've had fraud in the past." Well, who hasn't, and why does paying guests need to be concerned and hear about the company's woes? Poor job. Poor experience. Coaching needed.

Rooms: Spacious CLEAN rooms!
Noteworthy details: Comfy bed, although set high for my 5'2" build. Spotless rooms with clean large windows and great sound proof walls!

Traveling and made a last minute stop. It was late but the desk manager was amazing. Friendly but not too friendly. Super helpful. Room was really clean. Bed really comfortable. Lots of amenities.

Not a good stay. I called weeks before to book, told them it was for my daughters bday and we'd have 6kids and 1adult and a couple others that wouldn't be staying the night, lady on the phone said that was fine. So we checked in, went to the pool and oh boy it wasn't fine. Next thing I know the assistant mgr went on a power trip, saying I need to pay another 250$ for people to swim and threatened to kick us out of the hotel when I got pissed at his inability to listen, I was asked 7 times the same question for which I gave the same answer, I was respectful until he went on his lil power trip. $50 per person to swim in a hotel pool on top of paying almost $200 for the room is pure greed and beyond repulsive. Shame on you for being just like all the disgusting greedy ego driven pos people out there. I will not be coming back.We have done the bday swim parties at this location for years. If I could give negative stars I would.Room was ok, pull out bed looked like it's been peed on, sheets had stains, you'd think they'd upgrade their rooms charging what they charge, but I guess not.Side note, he tried to kick out another lady from the hotel because he couldn't handle the situation, she didn't do anything but ask him to speak to another guest who was getting in kids faces yelling.If you want a nicer drama fee stay try the hotel next door.Response to owner: I hope when you say you are looking into it, that it really means you are going to do something about it and not just sweep your bad customer service and greed under the rug... Because there is a huge difference between the two. To charge $50 a person to swim after paying for the queen suite is that your greed? or just bad employees? Same goes for not investing in updates in your property, so some self reflection maybe helpful as well. You guys really dropped the ball.

The Assistant Manager for this hotel is a complete unreasonable jerk. Due to him this hotel does not even deserve one star!! He is rude, unprofessional, and a complete piece of dirt. He should not be in the customer service industry. He makes the rules up as he deems necessary. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express right next door and have never had any issues. I would highly recommend them but never this Comfort Inn!!!

Everything was excellent. The room was clean and very big for the price. The Jacuzzi tub was awesome. All the staff that I interacted with was very polite and professional. The lobby and breakfast was great as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing one in this area.
