Chuck is one miserable, nasty individual. He doesn’t let you in his store. He forces you to stand in the entrance as he berates you as to why you’re there. He acts as though it’s a chore to run a business. He shouldn’t be running a business.

About 2 months ago I went in to chuck's coin Shop and I scraped some of my gold and silver. Unfortunately for me. I had left piece of silver in the pile I didn't realize until I had left. I called him right away. Told him what I did....he replied with know problem just give it a few days.......and I could buy it back.I was truly grateful.... which I did

My dad did business with Chuck for years before he passed away. Chuck set time aside on several occasions to look through some things I inherited, and pay a fair price. He has a nice selection of gold and silver coins to choose from at good prices. You just have to know how Chuck works, and know what you have. Most of the time, it's just him running the whole store, and he will only let so many people in at a time. I usually call ahead to set a time to meet with him. He even took time on his day off.

I purchased a nice ring from Chuck he has high quality stuff and a good eye for estate jewelry. Chuck and Brenda are both very helpful and are honest and competitively priced. I live out of state, sent in my check they shipped out timely after clearing of my check. The way business should be done on trust basis. Thank you! Will buy again.

Walked in with what we believe is a 1933 Indian Head gold eagle coin, to be told "you can't walk in here, you need to get out". Sign said open till 1:00. This was 11:00. Oh well, there are other dealers.

I trust Chuck. He is respectful, and he offers good money for the precious metals I sell him. He also has good prices if I want to buy. It's nice going to a store and seeing what you buy rather than purchasing online where you have to deal with fees. I used to buy online, but his prices are cheaper, and you can get what you want right away. He has a good selection (particularly gold coins) if you just ask what you're looking for. He mostly deals with gold and silver, or anything that has actual value.

Very disappointed!! If you like the charm of a coin store don't go. There is no browsing here. If you want something they bring it up to the window. Since they don't list there inventory, I'm not sure what they have. Very odd business model.

He will buy your silver 2$ under spot. Then try and sell you silver at 13$ over spot in the same transaction

Chucks gold exchange is an unbelievable piece of everything you could possibly love about America and being an American. Chuck is a great person with the right temperament and humor that comes with living the life. I admire him and his businesses. And I look forward to bringing him heaps and heaps of silver rounds when ever I get the chance. If your ever in the area at least look at his vintage sign collection they are Golden!

Offers extremely fair rates on exchanges. Don't bother selling online. Just come on in and meet Chuck. Has a wonderful display of American history in the waiting area. I was immediately greeted politely and the exchange was, and I can't stress this enough, extremely fair to the market value.Please be respectful of the health of owner when visiting.
