“I used vans for new tires and a few other minor repairs on my car they did a good job and earned my trust so when I found out my mother had been dumping money into her car and getting no where I called and explained what she had been going through they diagnose the problem explain the steps they were going to take to correct it they kept me informed throughout the entire process when it came time for the bill the cost was exactly what was quoted

“I couldn't ask for better service. After getting an estimate for over $6,800 from wrench works for a whole new transmission to cure a noise. I drove the truck down to R/T Transmission and talked to reed. He found the issue that was making the noise and fixed it. I had the truck back the next day. As I write this my dad is there getting a trans in his truck. If you want your vehicle fixed fast and affordable talk to reed. I can't say enough good about them.”

“I took in my 2003 Ford Ranger that had a clutch pedal that would not fully release clutch at times. Silver creek Repair test drove truck for a few miles that showed no problem with clutch. I then drove it and confirmed that all was working fine. Silver creek did not charge me at all and I drove it home knowing I don’t need a $1300 clutch. Once home I checked on clutch cable that had some corrosion and lubricated with wd40 at corrosion part of cable.
Don’t know if this will help preventing any future cable problem cable sticking but I have to thank Silvercreek for their honesty by not putting in a clutch that was not needed. Silvercreek Repair needs to me complimented for their honesty and integrity!

“Had to have both front bearings replaced. I appreciate them getting a 50 dollar part to replace the old one (not quoted) to prevent premature degrading of new bearings. Shows they care and use good judgment. Got my car back next day around noon. They were friendly, fast, and educated. I plan to use them in the future based on their actions and my experience.”

I never feel as if they treat me differently because I’m female and don’t know anything. I usually work with Mark, but ALL of the employees are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. It’s a gem of a garage hidden right in the middle of Wadsworth. What a relief to not depend on a car dealership!!”

Update 7/26/24.
This business is top notch. I had a valve stem break on one of my tires which can happen. They took me in the first day I found a leak and took care of me in less than 30 minutes.
Great people. Down to earth. Very fair prices and unbelievably great service.
