This was a great car wash before Take 5 took over. The dryers don't work anymore. The vacuums barely work. The wash is closed more than it’s open. I’ve tried to wash my car 3 times in the last week but it’s been closed every time. My family will be cancelling all 3 of our monthly unlimited washes. Take 5 should giving refunds

Im done paying for a membership when the vacuum's never work they are all broken. Id like to go somewhere else where i can actually vacuum out my car and get a wash at the same time.

The wash packages are NOT refundable for any reason, and NOT noted on the website. No way to run a business!

It was good until something broke down. It was very frustrating to keep coming and seeing the sign that said " closed for 1 1/2 hours . Filling water manually ". That lasted about 3 weeks. I finally decided to just cancel the monthly service.

Good wash. Trying to contact for answers why the carwash is shut down is horrible. You speak to someone who directs you to the online customer service page. It is worthless. No one calls or emails you back.
8 or 10 trips to wash my car only to find out it was closed due to no water. You ask for a refund for the loss washes and they direct you to the online site.
Customer service needs fixed.
Not how you treat your customers.

It use to be best place to get car washed. But no when we go there some of the vacuum do not have any pressure to them and a couple of the dryers do not work and haven't worked for months. I watch through my sunroof and the fans do not spin and the heaters do not heat up and the the last time I went through one side of the tire cleaner never engaged. The place need some regular maintenance work keep on it. Now it's a dump.......

Great. Wash. But I wish it did a better job on the wheels. Also the turn in at the Wadsworth wash is still ridiculously too tight. And I wish my bed didn’t have to be perfectly emptying to go through the wash. I hate having to empty my truck to get it washed.

I think they just went through a parts breakage and had a problem of running out of water. Until then I was very satisfied with this car wash. I really thought there would be a refund in my membership of some type.

I’ve been an ultimate customer since they opened as Auto Oasis.
Car wash has nice amenities (vacuums, free cleaners/towels), does a very good job, and staff is great.
When Take5 took over, there’s been a definite decline in maintenance: Closing early, and vacuums are not kept-up like they were before. Recently went to the car wash six times over 3-4 weeks, only to find (each time) they were closed due to being “out of water”…a mechanical issue.
Why does it take almost a month to repair your car wash? You have good equipment, a great location, and good people, but considering to take my business elsewhere.

Have a monthly subscription, but they are closed very often this past month for repairs. Ridiculously slow to fix so they are closed multiple times throughout the day while they manually fill the tanks with water.

Way too many times they are out of water. Disappointed I bought a membership if it’s going to be out of order for “water refill “. Driving out of my way to get a wash and for them to be closed.
