AAA offices are a victim of information only on line. Just like newspapers. Printed material is not available. Maps, travel guides, brochures are not in the offices anymore. Getting this material on line is not as easy as it seems.Lack of travel agents means less in person assistance.Seems to be the way things are going.

Michael has been a wonderful asset to have when planning travel. Before I retired, I traveled for a living so I understand the travel market pretty well, and make a lot of my own arrangements. But it's wonderful to have Michael in the AAA office to back me up, get additional quotes, and help with things like travel insurance. I've been his client for over a decade, and know that he would be a wonderful resource for a novice traveler as well as an old hand like me. Highest marks.

Our experience with AAA has been great for many years. We recently started using the escorted tours and the travel planning service. Tammy at the Wadsworth branch has been wonderful. Her knowledge and upbeat attitude is great. Thanks Tammy for all your excellent help!

Travel service is adequate since I'm a Premier Member, but managing the maze of announcements to get to an travel agent is annoying. Insurance sales would be the last reason to contact AAA and it is diluting what AAA always did best...travel services!!

Michael has been helping me with travel arrangements for years at the Fairlawn location, and even though he’s now at Wadsworth his help has been invaluable during all the Covid nuttiness. It’s great to have a travel agent who really has your back!
