Very difficult to reach anyone and in fact failed to do so after four calls to three locations.

AAA offices are a victim of information only on line. Just like newspapers. Printed material is not available. Maps, travel guides, brochures are not in the offices anymore. Getting this material on line is not as easy as it seems.Lack of travel agents means less in person assistance.Seems to be the way things are going.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is attractive and welcoming.
