“I ordered an Alabama Crimson Tide bowling ball with them off of Amazon. It said it would ship within about 4 days. It did not come within the four days and the shipping status said “label created”. I looked at reviews on Google and saw a lot of people saying they experienced the same thing and felt like they were scammed. However, I called the number for their office/warehouse. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and explained to me that it usually takes about 5 business days for custom balls to actually be made. She told me she would call the warehouse and check on the order status and call me back. She did indeed call me back about an hour later to let me know the ball had shipped from the warehouse and would be at my house the next day. The ball did in fact arrive the next day and looked great! They did a great job and I’m very pleased with their work. Best Father’s Day gift ever!! It did take a little longer than expected to be delivered but it was well worth it and I was not at all scammed.”

So with that being said, whether you’re balling on a budget or out to impress, they got you! Thanks to ALL the STAFF! Sometimes I ask a lot of questions.
