It was a wonderful experience. My daughter dislikes the aromas generally added to animals and wraps meant to be microwaved for muscle aches and cramps. So I scoured the internet for something both cute and unscented. I finally came across Nelly Cuddles and I realized due to their make your own cuddles that, theoretically, the dried scented items could be left out. So I messaged them and asked if they had any that could be purchased that were fragrance-free. Sure enough, they did, and I was sent an image of the cuddles they had that were fragrance-free. I showed my daughter and she picked out the grey cat. We received the kitty and I can now microwave it when her tummy hurts. They are pretty big- I’m going to have to keep the microwave cleaner so the cat doesn’t clean it for me.

I was looking for a heating pad substitute because I don't have the storage room for an actual heating pad. My fiance found Nelly Packs and suggested I look there, so I got the weighted timber wolf. It's very soft and after being warmed up, it stays warm for about an hour. I was worried about the lavender scent because I personally don't enjoy it, but it's not overwhelming, thankfully. It tends to get overpowered by the other scents, which have it smelling like a cookie one day and then a cup of tea the day on another.

Theresa, the owner of Nelly Pack & Nelly Cuddles, truly loves her business and she takes excellent care of her customers. I bought a Nelly Cuddle Fuzzy Frog for my grandson when he was 15 months old. “Ribbit” is not only his best friend but his nighttime buddy. When my granddaughter came along, I wanted to get her a Nelly Cuddle Fuzzy as well and decided on the monkey. The monkey was out of stock, but Theresa went out of her way to find one. I so truly appreciated that and my granddaughter absolutely loves it. Fantastic customer service and beautifully crafted products made by local people makes me a very happy and appreciative customer! Both my daughters have nelly cuddles & love them! We got our 1st one years ago & the great quality has not changed since the first to the last! Daisy the dolphin is replacing Darla the cow that accidentally got put into the washer

My husbands grandma got my 6mo old one & I was VERY skeptical of letting him have it when I felt the beads in it ... After research & research I felt better about it & let him have it . . He’s now 2 , & hasn’t ever left this tiger behind .... the head about to fall off bc how much he carries it around & the weight . Just bought him another one & my 11mo daughter a elephant ◡̈ It’s their best friends when they can’t sleep , teething , belly aches , ear aches , etc . Best thing ever

We've had NellyCuddles since 2014. The nellycuddles have helped my children a lot. I would recommend them to Friends, Parents, Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles.I even emailed the owner to see if she can help me replace my son's Zebra. (His zebra Stripes has been through all of his Epilepsy appts and procedures)Owner of nellycuddles is very friendly and fast at responding to messages.
