This place has been my favorite gym for years!! Very clean, has plenty of workout equipment, and also has a sauna which I love!! Great atmosphere and the manager Angie is FANTASTIC!

In the Factory on the daily, pumpin 425 on the bench 5x5. That's all i do, but everything else seems fine.
