I am having the worst experience with Bowlerstore. I do not and would not trust them with another purchase.I ordered two bowling balls, a tote bag, and shammy from Bowlerstore on Amazon. Roughly $400 purchase. The package arrived at my door via UPS all beat up and ripped open. My wife, who was home alone at the time, refused the shipment due to the damage and because she didn't know if everything I ordered was even there. Mind you, she REFUSED the shipment with UPS- did not sign for it or accept it.I messaged Bowlerstore through Amazon and was informed that I'd be refunded only after the shipment reached them, and even then, only after they confirm the inventory. They suggested that I'd be responsible for anything lost in shipment- a shipment that was never delivered to me and was botched by them (or UPS who they hired).Fortunately, it's all documented in Amazon records and UPS tracking which is a good thing because here's the latest response from Bowlerstore Customer Service regarding the damaged shipment:"That was your choice to not accept it. Once again, we will not refund anything until we receive it back."Mind you, I received nothing. They sent the goods in a box that arrived ripped up and damaged, I refused the shipment, and they are keeping my money.

Ordered a product that was available online, I paid and it processed. They messaged me 4 days later to tell me they don’t have the product any longer. This place has poor business practices. Don’t order from them. Seems like the company is tanking and has all the negative reviews everywhere to prove that. As you can see from their responses to people, they have poor customer service attitudes as well.

Great place when it's open. Finding open hours is a challenge and even when you do you'll find a note on the door that says "Sorry, we're closed." Very frustrating.

Won’t ever be ordering from this joke of a “company” ordered shoes and they send me the wrong size, on top of that the shoes were shipped in a bag and when I went thought the hassle of trying to contact someone from customer service it was nearly impossible since they don’t have the customer service number anywhere. Ended up having to pay 30$ to ship bag since the return instructions requieres you to ship back shoes in a box even though they sent them to me in a bag lol. Strongly suggest you avoid this company and try the better company bowlers mart where customer service is there number one priority.

Ordered Bowling Shoes with expedited shipping to make sure I had them in time. Got a message when the shoes were supposed to arrive that stated “Out of stock. Please Cancel.”This looks like a pretty common occurrence on their Amazon store over the past couple weeks. I called them today and I was offered no alternative solutions. Then the lady on the phone told me that they sent me this long winded message about back orders and availability. It read as stated above.Waste of time and they are getting crushed on Amazon Reviews.

Used only for one game and I got a deep scratch. I should had not got a deep scratch just on one game. Very cheep and very poor quality product. Wanted to return and seller only refunded me less then 50% that I had paid for.

I ordered an Alabama Crimson Tide bowling ball with them off of Amazon. It said it would ship within about 4 days. It did not come within the four days and the shipping status said “label created”. I looked at reviews on Google and saw a lot of people saying they experienced the same thing and felt like they were scammed. However, I called the number for their office/warehouse. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and explained to me that it usually takes about 5 business days for custom balls to actually be made. She told me she would call the warehouse and check on the order status and call me back. She did indeed call me back about an hour later to let me know the ball had shipped from the warehouse and would be at my house the next day. The ball did in fact arrive the next day and looked great! They did a great job and I’m very pleased with their work. Best Father’s Day gift ever!! It did take a little longer than expected to be delivered but it was well worth it and I was not at all scammed.

Issues appear to be consistent with this website with actual shipment of items. I ordered a new ball and cleaner/polish over 2 weeks ago and still no response from them. On 1/13 I placed my order. The next day I received an email stating my order shipped. End of January no update and no response. When you access the tracking number, indicates a label created but USPS awaiting item. This is ridiculous to accept money, not ship the items, but give the appearance they shipped. Fraudulent? Paypal contacted, message sent to bowlerstore last night. Still no response today 4:00 PM. Not worth 1 star.

I have inquired about my order that was supposed to be here on Feb 3 and now its the 7th. I ordered product from them on Sunday Jan 30 and selected 1 to 3 day shipping. I have sent multiple emails about my order and no response. Advise not to use site. Will not order from them again.

Bought bowling shoe covers (Dexter) from this company through Amazon. Purchased the size small, as the product description said a small fits women size 6-9. Received the small in the mail and the packing was marked as such BUT said for women sizes 8.5-11. They were HUGE. I wear a women's size 10 and still would have been way too big for me (I bought these as a gift for a friend with small feet). I reached out to the company through Amazon to make this right and never got a response. I also pay for prime and always get free returns but this one wasn’t free to return & not sure why—buyer beware.

Received bowling bag. Never received bowling ball. Called three days in a row and they promised to call me back. Never did. Their excuse was their warehouse wouldn't get back to them. Customer service rep, very nice, didn't understand he could call the warehouse. Like too many millennials he could only email them. This is their own company and they cannot control it. Last time I will ever deal with company.

Very nice people, good selection very helpful. Had a good time while being fitted for our balls. Very professional service especially if you have ever been inside a bowling alley pro shop.
