So so disappointed. I have come here before and gotten decent haircuts, but this most recent time was not the case at all. I asked for my hair to be cut to "shoulder length" and walked out with my hair cut up to my chin. When asked about how I liked it, I was polite and said it was nice while trying to mask my disappointment, as I realized that at that point there was nothing that could be done to "add back" the hair that had already been cut off. The price for this haircut? Over $30. I didn't remember this being the case for any other haircut I had gotten there, considering I don't get my hair shampooed or washed. I then felt talked down to by one of the stylists who told me that next time, I should be sure to ask for a "stylist" instead of one of the more advanced levels of hair cutters. I was a walk-in and had no say in who they had available to cut my hair. Nor is this explained upfront. Walking away feeling very disappointed and not sure if I will be returning.

Sydney is honestly the GREATEST hair stylist. the other girls are awesome as well! they all make you feel welcomed and carry a conversation instead of being all awkwardly silent. they're definitely worth the price you pay! i only come here!!

wow okay DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in with a simple picture in mind and my stylist did literally the complete opposite of what i asked and took what was my view into her own hands and absolutely murdered it. The first thing that i asked for was a simple 2 inches off with some layers in the front little did i know i was going to walk out of the salon with 6 inches gone. So i walked in the salon with hair past the middle of my back and now currently have hair to my shoulders. What made me mad was the fact that she denied the fact that it was short and that everything cut off what "just too dead" The second thing i asked for was a subtle ombré towards the ends of my hair. Again, walking in i had brown hair and now currently have about 3 shades of blonde literally striped across the top of my head...Oh yeah and she messed up the layers which i had to fix myself when i got home. Long story short worst $206 i've ever spent in my life. Please just spare the tears and do not go here.

This place gave me the worst haircut of my entire life. She even tried to tell me it wasn't "uneven it just looked that way." I went in for a 1 inch trim and after I had it fixed I have 5 1/2 inches gone. NEVER go here.

This is probably the worst place to go for your prom hair. I mad an appointment about three to four hours before the time for pictures and i was almost late if i didn't just leave bc of how horrible she did my updo. I literally started to do my hair myself at one point bc she couldn't braid my hair since it was a silk texture? like cmon even if it was she kept blaming my hair so i jumped in and started braiding it myself for her to tell me she's got it. It was the worst $70 plus 5 tip i've spent on my hair just for an updo for prom. I wish i had someone who knew what they were doing bc she definatly did not. After that i don't ever want to visit and get my hair redone with color like i used to. I will stary away from this salon because it gave me such a bad experience. It was a very special day for a senior in high school and it's the one day we will ever have in our life to go prom with someone you're dating and for my hair to look like someone just put my hair in bun and like complete crap, i am super upset it had to be that day. Knowing now and foward never go to regis for an updo for a special event!! you will regret it like i did. Hope to see this salon grow a bit more with the staff memebers and teach them more about different texture hair bc not everyone has the same type.

Do not go here! I went to Regis Salon for a haircut and Loraine butchered my hair! She said she would cut the "interior" of my hair so she could keep most of the length and maintain the layers. I agreed and I was brought to the shampoo area. She did an okay job shampooing, but the towels she used had so much color faded and strands hanging off I felt disgusted. My hair was dripping wet when I got to the chair because she didn't even bother to pat it down. The water seeped through the cover they put over you and needless to say--I was extremely cold and uncomfortable. She then began the "haircut". She lifted up a chunk of my hair into the air and began cutting. By the second time she sounded so exhausted! She only did this a few times before she began moving my hair to the side and cutting from there. By the time she was done, my hair was still dripping wet and I could not tell how it looked so she blew dry. She used her Hot Tools blow dryer and two old brushes. As she was blow drying my hair I began to realize what a horrible job she has done. I kept quiet and resolved that I will go somewhere else to fix my hair as I did not want her touching my hair ever again. My hair was butchered so much that I cannot even show the bottoms. Leaving it down and putting it in a pony tail shows the choppiness of her work. I have a chunk of long hair where there are short layers and a chunk of short hair where I have long layers. I'm mortified! Do not go here!

The salsa is excellent- fresh ingredients with a slight kick. The fajitas for two was generously portioned and very tasty. We will be back.
