We took our puppy to Pet Depot for his very first grooming. He is a Cavapoo rescue. We couldn't find ANY groomers who were taking new clients,however thanks to a very kind referral we got in! The first time we went he was very excited and didn't have a clue what we were doing but he loves new places and people and animals and smells so he was a happy boy. He did very well and smelled very good when we went home. Then the next time we needed an appointment we unfortunately didn't make one ahead of time so we had gotten in at another groomer that was new. This was not a very pleasant visit and when I went to pick up our baby boy I didn't recognize him! He was absolutely terrified and didn't leave my side all day! So I called Pet Depot and got on their schedule ahead of time and the next grooming he was very EXCITED to go back to see them again! He can't wait to jump out of arms to go see them! And every time since he just absolutely loves to go see the people at Pet Depot! We will NEVER go anywhere else! Our puppy told us where he wants to go! The fact that one plans he was terrified to go, and pet depot he is extremely excited EVER TIME we go! He knows he is getting groomed but just absolutely loves them!!!! That's such a huge blessing to see my little guy super excited over going to a place that is going to be grooming him. He let me know that Julie and her husband are WONDERFUL people! Our puppy will jump out of my arms wiggling his tail so hard the second he sees Julie's husband! They go over and beyond and in an emergency (yep... We have had one or two emergency grooming! Long curly hair puppy getting diarrhea is not a good combo!) they have found a way to get us in! They are absolutely amazing! Extremely kind! And they truly love our pets to the point ours can't wait to go get groomed! They do an outstanding job and they always add some extra sweet things to top off their amazing service! I recommend them 110%!!!! If you have to wait to get in..... That's actually a great thing! A good sign that they are top notch!

Julie and Ron do a great job with my big dogs. They treat them like family and my dogs are excited to see them. Their rates are quite reasonable. Highly recommend.
