Jennifer Kulchar claims to help her customers. She helped deplete my father's IRA of 77k. She needs further training. My father withdrew large amounts of cash thru cashier checks every week in amounts of 28k at a time. He had dementia and could barely write his name. How would you not notice someone with dementia that was confused and didn't know his own name half the time.Jennifer Kulchar needs further training and evaluated. She is very rude to customers and not personable. Please address before another customer is harmed by her negligence.

I am shocked that Northwest Bank doesn't care about keeping customers. I accidentally requested my mortgage be deducted an EXTRA time. I called the bank to have the extra payment back out. It took 2 or 3 business days and they charged me FOUR overdrafts that occurred AFTER I called them to have it corrected. Yes, $148. It took DAYS to back out that payment ($1100), but any fees they want to assess are IMMEDIATE. It's shocking, in this day and age of business, that they didn't remove ALL of these fees. I am so saddened to have to restart my financial history with a new institution, but I cannot afford to bank at Northwest Bank. There are many other options to choose. I hope you make a better decision than me.

The people who work here are rude! My fiancé told me their atm ate my card and I would have to go in and show my I'd to recover it, seems reasonable enough. Anyways when I got there the employee was extremely rude and condescending. She acted like we committed a crime using another banks card in their atm to withdrawal money. She tried to force me to sign the back of my card before releasing it to me. I refused and she told me she couldn't give me my card back. She then told me I at least needed to write see ID on the back...how can you verify Im who I say I am if I write see ID on the back? Thankfully she gave me my card back but good lord was that uncalled for and quite off putting. Needless to say we won't be using this banks atm ever again.

Very rude tellers with the exception of 1 named Garrett. The Branch Manager didn't even acknowledge or speak to me today! I was the only person waiting in the lobby to be helped and NO ONE greeted me or said "sorry for your wait" or any of that. The drive up was not packed, there was no one else in line behind me, at the time so they weren't swamped. Another customer came in behind me and a teller named Michelle looked right past me and acknowledged her after I had been standing there for over 10 minutes!! If I didn't have something to do with them, I would have walked out right then and there! I felt extremely uncomfortable! I have worked at a bank before so I know how a customer should be treated!! If you don't like the public or your job...please, choose a different profession! EXTREMELY rude branch, UNPROFESSIONAL and need customer service training. Garrett a new teller, was very kind and polite when he was finally finished with his customer and could help me. I was thinking about opening an account at this branch because it's so close to my home but after my experience today....NEVER!!!!!
