My wife found this for our daughter. She has been going here for the last 8 months. It has helped her develop confidence along with her speed, strength and increasing her ability. Definitely a great find! We are so lucky to have so close!

We were referred to NGS Fitness by our Barber, who's grandkids attend. Coach D has been such an asset to my sons fitness journey and aiding in his growth. The communication and flexibility is superb, as well. I would definitely recommend NGS for any fitness goals or training.
