Use to be the place to go to. Now its ran by a gentleman who cant help but to lie every time he talks. Can't keep his story straight. Very unprofessional, can't keep a schedule, and their work is not very good. Got home from repairs and a detail, had to vacuum alot of glass out of my truck, and there was mud smeared all over the headliner. This was after the told me they detailed it 4 times. My family has used them my whole life 30+yrs. Sadly we will be going someone else now.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve received in any venue in my life. Terrible communication, no regard for the customers wants or needs. Every step along the way something was handled terribly. I first took the vehicle in for an estimate…. It took them WEEKS not days to write it up because “he was so busy with all of his accounts”. Finally we get the estimate, and can schedule the service. This was scheduled a month and a half later. When I finally take the vehicle in, the lady had no clue who I was…. Like I hadn’t made the appt a 45 days ago?? Then they don’t even take the car out of the parking spot we pulled it into until 5 days later. Long story short, they then had my car for 6 weeks. Every time we spoke it was a different BS story and a million reasons they are failing at their jobs. I am baffled that this place is even able to stay open at this point. Embarrassing really. Save yourself a couple months…. Go elsewhere

After quoting us an estimate on the phone of 1 week to replace a front bumper and grill, they held our vehicle for over a month before finally ordering parts. They then kept it almost another month after that to conduct the repairs. Giving little to no updates throughout the entire process, and not answering phone calls or emails. Worst experience ever. Absolutely do not take your vehicle to them.Services: Painting

Absolutely not! I took my car there 6 days ago and was told all the parts ordered were in. I needed my speed sensor fixed, my AC and a plastic panel put on. I waited 10 days just to drop my car off. I'm paying $40 a day for a rental from liberty and 6 days later I'm told they r still working on the speed sensor and I should take my car somewhere else to get the AC fixed. They can't figure it out! Really??
