Nothing but problems with my ford edge. It's needed a catalytic converter replaced with less than 50,000 miles. The cars phone has not worked properly since I got it. They say bring it in we'll look at it, not fix it, look at it. Now they said it was fixed but no. Ridiculous run around by service and ford. This will be my last ford!

I recently purchased my 2022 F150 from Liberty Ford in Vermillion. I could go into the usual customer review about how courageous and helpful the staff was, etc etc. Instead I am choosing to say what a wonderful time I had getting to know my salesperson Jeff Cormier. While waiting on paperwork, we had a very nice conversation. As a result, I arrived expecting to have the usual sales experience. I left with the opportunity to spend time with a truly remarkable human being. Keep doing what you’re doing Jeff!

I made an initial online inquiry about a particular vehicle at 8:58pm and was immediately contacted back letting me know that he’d begin working on my request first thing the next morning. They did not have the model/color vehicle I wanted in stock but within 24 hours Mark was able to locate the exact model/color we were looking for and started making arrangements to have the vehicle transferred. We have never had any sales person work so hard to accommodate us. Mark was absolutely a pleasure to deal with.

I'm in my 70"s and I've owned just over 50 automobiles. I must say, I have never had a better experience with a dealership than I had this week. Levi, the sales person was so easy to work with, honest, courteous, helpful, zero pressure, a real gentleman..... The Sales Mgr. and finance lady were exactly the same way. Jeff Looney and all the people at Liberty Ford are my favorite things: competent and efficient. I found a truck i liked they had listed, they confirmed it was there before i arrived, the price was very fair with respect to value, the buying process was painless. No one played games, tried to manipulate me and they all performed their jobs exceedingly well. The last car buying experience i had at a Ganley was so poor i vowed never to give them another cent of my money. Liberty is my new favorite auto dealer and should my husband ever be in the market for that raptor he covets then Jeff will be my first call.
