Walked in the lobby and asked the teller what the new car finance rate is currently. I paid off my pickup last year at another branch. The lady at the counter said she did not know the rate. She asked the teller next to her and he said he did not know the rate and told her to look it up on the bank site. She had trouble finding and and then she said it was 6 to 7 %. I said I wanted to fill out a credit app and she said I had to make an appointment to see someone else. I left. Poor customer service and poor knowledge of their job. I financed my new vehicle elsewhere and the rate was 4% and it was done in less than an hour.

The ATM is literally down every 2 weeks! I don't understand how this machine needs repaired that often! And sometimes it's down for days. Very annoying.
