Failed to do the right thing: When the clunking of the ball joint starts and then the control arm cracks on a 2019 Fusian 5 weeks after it's driven off the lot AND before the first payment is made......they throw their hands in the air saying nothing we can do (like your Warranty was even going to cover it), then say "besides it's a Ford we are a Chevy dealer" (like your technicians can't fix anything but a Chevy) and then accuse you of hitting a curb - not people I want to do business with EVER again! You FAILED - I would have split the cost like another dealer did on a car 12 years ago for me when I had a catastrophic issue.Buyer beware.

I just want to say i have never bought a vehicle from this place nor would i ever and if this is the owner of this company and this is the way he speaks to people that he has never met I defiantly wouldn't recommend you either. Here is the way Mr. Smedly speaks to people and if you are a liberal, he defiantly doesn't want your business from what i can tell by his comments towards me for jst stating that his vehicle for sale is the most basic c8 i have ever seen. I am appalled that I had my vehicle serviced here and my battery jump pack was removed from my car, and after speaking with the manager of service nothing still got resolved. This is so disgusting that someone would do that to a person with everything going on in the world.

I would 100% never buy from this place again I really wish I would have read the reviews before going to see Smedley'S because it sounds like they put alot of junk on the lot and sale it as is...I bought a truck from them and within 3 days of having it the check engine light came on and it started shaking on the high way well come to find out the transmission fluid was about 2 qts low and black and on top of that the Is catalytic converter was bad which I believe they knew about and cleared the code and sold it to me anyways now I would be talking to a lawyer to give them this truck back as clearly after reading the reviews in this place they have done this to alot of people!!!

was told they would give me 34k for my truck. drove a hour and a half there for them to tell me that they made a mistake and now it's only 29k. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. they are a true stealership that is not true to thier word. I know when I bid a job, and If I bid it wrong, I take the hit. they wasted 3 hours of my time and gas coast in two vehicles just to back out of what they said. i will never do business with them again and hope other won't. they go against what they say.

Stay away from this business if you're looking to purchase a vehicle and are a woman! I purchased my 2012 Chevy Malibu new here and the first time I had to take it in for service I was treated horribly. They couldn't diagnose a simple wiring problem with my rear defrost after taking it to them 3 times for the same issue and my insistence something was wrong I was pretty much told the problem was all in my head. I was told their lead technician checked all of the wiring and the car was fine, but could provide no proof since my rear defrost still didn't work. After speaking to the Manager and getting no where we decided to take my car to Murphys Auto care where they had the problem diagnosed in 1 hour. My rear fuse box was completely melted. Which confirmed Smedleys never checked anything. Since my car was under 40,000 miles I reached out to Chevrolet to try and get reimbursed for my fuse box with no response. I will never purchase another Chevy. Neither the manufacture or the Dealerships stand behind their products.

To start off they have very friendly staff I had the pleasure of dealing with Christian Shepherd and Joey Smedly , they both provided a very professional and knowledgeable interaction with selling my vehicle . I would 10 out of 10 recommend doing business here
