“I was very apprehensive about shopping Redwing because I don't have experience wearing safety shoes. When I tell you that my experience was fabulous, it is an understatement. Jessica and I went through a ton of options. After she measured my feet, had me walk across some device, she offered so many options. In all honesty, this was my very best shoe shopping experience ever. From a former stiletto wearing person, I wish the boots were in colors, to coordinate with my wardrobe. “Roderer's shoes is 4th generation family run shoe store on North Main Street in Dayton. My Mom has purchased shoes at Roederer since she was a kid. I started purchasing shoes here 5 years ago where I couldn't find shoes to fit my right foot after a foot surgery. Mike and the team truly take their time for each and every customer measuring your foot recommending shoes that would work best for you while allowing you to shop the store. They offer shoes for the entire family from little ones to older individuals & in all sizes & widths. They have sneakers year-round, as well as hiking shoes, sandals in the spring and summer, comfortable shoes, year-round, and boots in the fall and winter. I drive from Cincinnati to shop here and It truly is a great family run business. Plus every time you shop, they keep the information about the shoes you purchased so just in case you love your shoes so much you want another pair they have that on file I can also special order and ship the shoes directly to you .”

“Between the seibenthaler store and this one hands down this one for multiple reasons such as availability of stock, friendless of employees, and overall customer service! Every time I go to this store my husband and I are nothing but satisfied!As a side note this is not a store where you are going to find you $3 bargains you pay for the quality of the clothes and it’s worth it, plus they always have fresh up to date trends! Also, they do have good prices on their shoes I got my vapormax $60 less there vs any where else!”

“Sadly I cannot remember the employees name that helped me but he was amazing. I have terrible knee issues and needed something that would wear well with lots of standing and walking while at work. He did a great job listening to what I was saying before he even tried to recommend a shoe. I did give into the inserts they offer, which I am extremely happy I did now. He interacted with my son while I tried on shoes and was not pushy at all. Not only am I not worried about being on my feet all day at work, Im excited to get back on the treadmill and try these vs my hokas. I will definitely go back to purchase from them again.”

“I was in the store when the previous reviewer was and did not see the same interaction she reported. The store was busy and the staff were helping everyone with courtesy. I did not see any rudeness from any of the staff at any point. The sales person did ask if she could have her child sit back down to try on other shoes, but I sensed no rudeness or ill ton from the salesperson. I've visit s this store multiple times and never had a bad experience. Helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff, with an aim for getting customers what they need. Locally owned and friendly.”
