BAD experience twice now!! Gave him a second chance and he cut my bangs to 2 inches long and I told him 4 times " just a hairs width" and showed him with my fingers (which should have been about 5 inches!!) Looks like a 2 year old cut!! No immediate apology, no offer to discount or no charge the cut. I know numerous people who quit going to Ricco because he cuts their hair way too short. Way too busy talking to everyone else and does not pay attention! Poor skill and poor customer service!! I'm done.
