The guy who helped me out went above n beyond to explain my options and what the codes meant when he checked out my car. The store was clean and the employee was very helpful.

Called to see if they had the battery for my car and asked if they would install. Gave them the make, model etc and they looked it up. Told me they had in stock and would install. Went to store and told clerk what I needed and he looked it up and told me that they could not install due to having to do something with clips on air ducts. I told them that the person I spoke to on the phone said they would install. What had changed?
