Unit was locked couldn't access, attempted contact three times with no response. Asked for a refund and received.

I store some things here and it's a nice place in a good neighborhood but you can not get inside the gate at night, which I find to be unreliable due to the fact that every other store and lock In this area has 24 hour access. Other than that I've got no complaints
