Interesting gym concept. I really enjoy the idea of having all classes accessible to pass holders, but unfortunately, the classes are extremely bare bones and not particularly useful. The equipment is mainly Hoist, which is notorious for being lack-luster. The dumbbells are unorganized and warped, and there isn’t enough space to support the client base of the gym. It’s a solid gym, but if you are going to join, I’d recommend the 40$ package unless you have legitimately no idea how to fight, run, or lift. Experienced members will not get much out of the classes

I’ve used several gyms in my life, and MPower has more to offer than any other I’ve used! And the staff is so available and willing to answer questions and give advice. Yeah, the music isn’t to this old lady’s taste, ?, but I’m not there for a concert.

Best gym I have ever been to. Excellent equipment and facility, go check them out, they have a variety of classes and programs for all ages. On Top of That their staff and instructors are really top notch. My daughter and I love it.
