I highly recommend MyUSA! I wanted to switch banks, I found this Credit Union close to my house! A guy that I know recommended it to me. It also has a 200.00 promotion going on right now, just for opening an account! I filled out the application online. It didn't take long at all. That morning I went to the bank to deposit some money. There was a very nice lady there, named Dina!! She told me about all of the different things they have to offer. She made me feel like a valued customer!! She welcomed me to the MyUSA family!! I want to acknowledge and praise My BFF at My USA named Nadine Boggs for her caring and kind personality. Me and my husband were in the market for a bank loan which long story short—Nadine was our financial advisor who explained every detail, answered every question and literally walked us through each step needed to secure the loan. Nadine has a golden personality, a gentle caring voice and her service was impeccable as we were nervous and full of anxiety. My USA Credit Union—Vandalia location—has a gem named Nadine “Dina” Boggs working for them!!! To anyone needing banking service ie: unsecured loans/Heloc loan—let Nadine be your BFF because she will go the extra mile to ensure you are happy and taken care of. Well this is craziness. My reviews (shockingly) have 157 thousand views and I've never reviewed the same company twice, till now! So I concluded my business with MyUsa at their Vandalia location. What a pleasant experience it wa. On this occasion I was working with two employees I hadn't dealt with before, Dina Boggs and her new trainee Norma. What an absolute joy it was meeting and getting to know them. Their smiles, warmth and attitudes were jovial and welcoming. On the business side of the meeting, Dinas complete transparency was a breath of fresh air. I watched her professionally and skillfully take Norma through all the necessary steps. Norma is a treasure. Her attitude and eagerness to learn are impressive. Short of cloning, I have no idea how you are able to find such friendly employees. Dina and Norma are valuable assets to your company. Bravo for achieving something very rare these days. True courteous, professional and caring folks that are a pleasure to deal with.

Monique is a excellent customer service personnel. She is caring and will help in any way possible. If she can't at the time she will find out and follow up with you by call, text or in person with anything you need. I hope she will never leave. She's one of the best that you had at this location.

I needed to refinance my equity line from a variable rate to a fixed rate and Nadine Boggs at MyUSA was wonderful! I was able to include some credit card debt and now I have a lower payment at a fixed rate. I'm so happy and grateful and I have Nadine to thank for that!! She was super helpful! Thanks, Nadine!!
