Whoever just answered the phone at 9:17 on July 12th was very rude and advised me I'm taking my meds the wrong way. I didn't know she could direct me like my physician.

Saw doc on thursday for fever and sinus congestion on thursday. Its tuesday and still waiting on pharmacy to fill 5 azithromycin pills ordered by doctor. Pharmacy says decrepancy in number of pills and will not dispense any. Pharmacy refuses to fill 2 or 4 till dr can clarify. Meanwhile fever and congestion continues. Called drs office back on friday, saturday and again monday. Still no response or antibiotic. Not the first time this has happened but will be the last with this pharmacy and the doc. Pharmacy has too much power over doctors orders.

A few of the employees at this pharmacy are wonderful. They have excellent customer service skills. Then there are some, such as Nathan, who have no professionalism or customer service skills AT ALL! I called and went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my daughter and I was told by the male worker that it would be ready after lunch around 2:15. What a bad experience it was. I was polite and questioned their customer service. Nathan did not like that at all. Instead of apologizing for the problem that I encountered, he blamed the problem on the customer???!! I would have apologized and asked what I could do to resolve the problem. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"!!?? He was so angry , the young, untrained boy told me to leave and not come back. I asked him "why would I ever want to come back"?? I only deal with those who treat customers with respect. I indicated to him that I am one of the lucky people who do not have to do business with Kroger Pharmacy. I can go anywhere I want to go! I don't give my business to company's who are rude and inconsiderate. Another day I was at Krogers and I told the cashier in the express lane that a sale item was not ringing up on sale. She actually told me I would have to go back to the department and take a picture with my phone and bring proof to her the item was on sale. Since when do businesses treat their customers that way? Kroger stores need to change the way they do business. Kudos to the experienced ladies in the pharmacy who are truly an asset to the company. Unfortunate that Nathan did not pick up on how you treat people by his parents when he was growing up! He surely was not trained on the job. He is a liability to Krogers. What a shame. He was well groomed and I thought he probably had potential.

Never has enough help. I get texts and emails saying my RX is ready...make a trip there only to find out it won't be ready until the next day...people who work there are not very friendly and always seem in bad moods. I've switched many of my RXs to CVS. Sorry, Kroger, but your pharmacy needs help..literally.

I’ve had my share of ups and downs with every pharmacy I’ve gone to including this one. However I called in today about an insurance question and the pharmacy technician Alyssia was the most helpful and informative pharmacy tech I’ve ever encountered! Alyssia listened to my problem (without ever cutting me off) and asked all the right questions! She immediately went above and beyond to make sure my issue got resolved. She apologized for the inconvenience even though the mix up was no fault of hers! By the end of the phone call I was so impressed I just had to ask her name to leave this review! Kroger please give this wonderful technician a raise or promotion! Personally I think she deserves both! Alyssia is fantastic at customer service and handled the situation with ease. Wish I could give her 10+ stars! Thank you SO much Alyssia for your kindness, patience and efficient assistance today!

I appreciate the people who work at the Kroger Pharmacy. They always treat me with kindness and take time to show they care about their customers even though they are always so very busy.

Terribly RUDE!!!! I have tried to give this pharmacy chances to be better but they have THE worst customer service I have ever encountered! They constantly interrupt me when I am asking them questions on the phone. Never saying full words when talking or asking them anything just a "uh huh" or a "yep". Terrible!!

I cannot say enough good things about the Deli Department at the Kroger at Northwoods in Vandalia. My Granddaughter had a garden wedding reception on July 15. She was on a budget for about 100 guests. She put me, her grandmother, in charge. I am from Columbus but visited Northwoods in my planning. From my first visit the person at the Deli spent time giving me options and tips and helped me formulate a plan. My order # was 806. How was I going to pick up the food, get it to the Wedding Venue (Secret Eden in Dayton) and get to the church by 10:30? My call to the Deli on the Monday before relieved my fears and they told me not to worry. 7:00 AM day of wedding, they had everything ready and helped us get it into carts and to our cars. They were so wonderful!!! The trays were beautiful!!! Food was delicious. Everyone and everthing exceeded my expectations. Beautiful store & wonderful people!

We have had ongoing problems with this pharmacy shorting medications. My fiances anti-seizure meds was shorted by 100 PILLS! Now, my step sons medication was shorted by 60ml! They do not pay attention to the prescription whatsoever. If you go to this pharmacy, count your pills and make sure you weren't shorted too.

I was a little early to a close I had scheduled for today, so I stopped into Kroger to pick up something to eat real quick. The sushi was fantastic as usual, but it's the woman at the self check out I want to talk about. She complimented me on my outfit as I was walking up and was super sweet. Her and I had a great conversation as I was checking out and then she wished me well. Nowadays, it feels like pulling teeth to get someone to be nice just for the hell of it. This Kroger obviously does not have that issue. I don't remember her name because it was pretty exotic and long. But she was a shorter woman with a big smile on her face that I will never forget.

This pharmacy is very slow. I sometimes have waited 3-4 days for a script, which is a simple arthritis medication. They are often very rude. However in the last few months, I have seen some improvement. I understand it is stressful work, however that is not a pass to treat people badly. I never get notice of a script being ready even though I have signed up for text messages.

The worst pharmacy ever! Do not go here to do business with your medications! They lose your prescription or blame it on your doctor that they did not send it. On top of that your medications are not filled in a timely manner. CHOOSE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
