What store has a voicemail that says that they are open but not taking phone calls? Needing to find some medical tape bandages for my husband’s wound after surgery and didn’t want to drive all the way there unless I could confirm they had some. Can’t even actually talk to a real person. Worthless!

They pressured my mom to buy a wheelchair because Medicare would cover most of the cost. She died before it was delivered and never used it. I had to deal with cutting her losses. Never use Hock's. All they care about is profits.

I would rate them less than one star if possible. Horrible place. I used them for a time and without warning the no longer took my insurance. I had to scramble to find a replacement. But the worst part is they put me on their spam robocall list telling me to call for cpap resupplies even though they do not take my insurance any longer. they call four of five time a week for over a year now. I have tired to get them to stop. They do not respond. I filed complaints. They still won't stop. Stay away from this micky mouse company. HORRIBLE

They were able to provide the wheelchair and bedside toilet mom needed on no notice! The lady even knew which wheelchair would fit in my trunk, Thank God. Very nice and professional, highly recommended this store. Oh yes also man there loaded everything in the car for me. Thank You!

They went above and beyond to make sure my son had his ankle brace. We showed up after their normal hours and they opened up to make sure my son had his ankle brace and that it was fitted correctly. Saved us a second trip and him pain and discomfort.

Hock's Medical Supply's customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I walked in with my prescription, no greeting although they saw me walk in, had to walk back to cubicle and just ask questions. The gentleman seemed irritated and didn't even look at my script and told me to go around the corner to the pharmacy. I drove to pharmacy which the pharmacist asked did they even look at the script because it clearly said knee brace. She said that they are so rude. I went back and had to wait for the employee to finish emptying all the trash before she rudely said what do you need. I will NEVER patronize them again.

Set up delivery of a hospital bed for a monthly rent. The business customer service called the day of delivery and the day prior to needing the bed informing us that the delivering cannot be made in time. Not even by early next week. The company left us stuck in a bad position without the bed that is needed. Scrambling to secure a bed now. The Customer Service rep was helpful in locating various other companies including phone numbers.
