Customer Service is top notch and very thorough. What is most important is knowing you’re not being taken advantage of. With social media today, negative word of mouth can easily destroy a company.
Every mechanic shop should take this very seriously as, eventually, disreputable work would be exposed.

Fair price, prompt service, great service! My tire blew off on the highway. I had the tow truck driver drop my car off at Grismer. We have never been there before but we will definitely be going back when needed.

Excellent location. I do not know if all Grismers are like this as I'm not from the area. But this one is great. Honest techs that do good work with fair prices. Also they actually honor warranties/agreements/coverage etc.
If you arent local and are looking for work done Grismer is like if Firestone didn't blow.

We were treated so well by both Jeremy and Dylan. Jeremy gave me info over the phone and , more importantly, hope that they could help with our freon issue. Once we arrived at Grismer, Dylan helped us and gave us much needed assurance that all will work out well. We comfortably waited for our ac to be filled; took maybe an hour and a half. I should have started this review by saying we were traveling from Kentucky to northern Michigan and the ac quit blowing cold air as we were going down the big hill towards the bridge over the Ohio River. Windows were open and I was sweating profusely. Cooler blocks, ice cubes and wet paper towels were doing an inadequate job trying to cool me down. While praying, I was fearing for my health and the safety of my family. Pulled off in Vandalia hoping to find ice. The Mgr of the BP could not tell me anything about finding freon. So, my son went to his phone and found us a place just down the road, Grismer Tire and Auto Service. We received topnotch service and were treated so kindly. Before we set off on the remainder of our journey, prayers of Thanksgiving were said and a special thanks for the tremendous staff that took great care of us during a scary time for this family. THANK YOU DYLAN AND JEREMY AND ALL WHO WORKED ON OUR CAR. God bless you all.

I came off interstate 70 with my engine light flashing & car was misfiring... although they did get me in & fixed my car to get me back on the road again.... I felt $900 for 6 spark plugs & a coil pack was a bit ridiculous.......

I took my car to Grismer, as a walk-in to have my air conditioner serviced, the staff was very nice, and extremely helpful. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Car towed in on Friday, side wall blew out on tire. New Prius doesn’t have spare or donut, just an inflator. Odd size tire so had to be ordered. Tire came in at 8:00 on Monday, but it took you guys until 3:00 to put on one tire?

I brought my car in (walk-in) due to low tires. Kyle (front desk) was very helpful and stated they would work my car in for service. He kept me updated on the process throughout the day and ensured that my car was fix d and safe to drive. He was very friendly and helpful.

Had to get one new tire because the old one blew the night before. Brought the car in at around 8:30am; it was ready for me to pick it back up two hours later. Prices were reasonable and service was great. I’ll come here next time I need a new set of tires!
